14-day refund
MacAutocomplete is a one-time purchase, and we want you to be happy with it. If it doesn't work for you, email us within 14 daysof purchase and we'll refund 95% of what you paid. The remaining 5% covers the payment-processing (Stripe) transaction fees, which aren't returned to us when a refund is issued.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your license key. We process the 95% refund through Stripe back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
After 14 days
Because the app is fully functional before purchase decisions are made and runs entirely offline, we generally don't offer refunds after 14 days — but if something is broken on our end, reach out and we'll make it right.
